Shipping Unless otherwise specified, we ship UPS Ground. Upon request, shipments may be insured and other shipping arrangements may be accommodated. Fees will apply to any such special requests.
Replacement If film, tape, or other material in our possession is lost or damaged by Service Video Taping, Inc., the company will only replace it with an equivalent amount of unused film, tape, or other material of similar quality.

Deadlines Every effort is made to finish all projects and orders in a timely manner; however, situations beyond our control can cause delays in meeting specific deadlines.
Situations such as, but not limited to, equipment failure, power failure, delayed shipping, fire, earthquake, riot, etc., are beyond the control and responsibility of Service Video Taping. Therefore, the customer agrees that no claim can be made for delays due to such causes.
All completion dates given to the customer are understood to be estimates. Although most projects are turned around within five to seven business days, at certain times & holidays, etc.) a backlog may occur, resulting in a longer completion time.
If a critical deadline applies, please make this known when you submit your order and we will make every effort to meet your needs. If we are unable to do so, you will be informed. For rush orders, an expedite fee may apply.
